Insurance Options
For Individual and Family Therapy sessions, insurance is utilized. Insurances Taken: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Behavioral Health, MODA, and Cigna. Unfortunately, at this time TriCare and TriWest are not accepted (due to unpaid invoices from the U.S. Government). The other insurance companies do not require preapproval. Whereas most EAPs through your employer expect you to contact the EAP Representative to get things set up. Please, contact us to find out further details regarding the process for your insurance options.

PAY WITH CHECK OR CASH
Credit Card Payment
Check or cash is an option for payment. This amount can either be paid right at the time of service, or an invoice will be sent to you, at which point payment can be mailed.

SERVICE PRICES VARY
Individual and Family Therapy sessions vary in price as negotiated with the insurance companies. If paying out-of-pocket there is a standard fee.

Therapy services can be scheduled weekly, biweekly or as needed. Insurance companies will allow up to two sessions per week without needing preapproval. By appointment only.
