Employee Assistance Programs are utilized for two main purposes: individual therapy and/or group training/trauma therapy for a group.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS:

Once you have authorization for your companies EAP program, you can contact me in order to get started. With the authorization number and the number of sessions that are approved, we will be able to begin therapeutic sessions.

GROUP TRAINING OR THERAPY SESSIONS:

Normally a representative from the company will contact me in order to schedule a time for me to come in and either do a training focused on mental health skills that company empoyees may need, or a meeting that is needed after a traumatic event has occurred in the company. Both are options that can be utilized.
